This course reviews adult sleep study scoring basics as well as the scoring rules. Designed for beginning or advanced level sleep technologists interested in understanding and improving scoring skills.

Statement of Accreditation
The Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) designates this educational activity for a maximum of 4 Continuing Sleep Technology Education credits. Individuals should claim only those credits that he/she actually earned in the educational activity. Students will have 3 attempts to score 80% or higher on the course post test to receive credit.
Course Director
Byron Jamerson, RPSGT, RST, is a consultant and educator for physicians, clinicians, sleep centers and home health providers. He has more than 25 years of experience in sleep disorders medicine field with a special interest in teaching/training sleep technicians. He currently works as a Clinical Sleep Specialist with Philips Healthcare.
